Thermal Signal Analysis Matlab

Starting from a 3D matrix in matlab which represents a thermal video recorded by IR camera, I need a sсrіpt which permits to do this: – Show the frame of sequence with higher temperature achieved; – Permits to select a circular area from the picture; – Evaluate the averaged signal on a diameter obtained averaging all the diameters of the circles – fit the data with a physical model to obtain the needed property.
