Briefly analyze the supply chain of any of the Supermarkets operating in Saudi Arabia. Which qualities of this supply chain could enable it to effectively combat the disruptions caused by the ever-evolving COVID-19 Crisis? What factors may hinder in making available right quantities of the right products at right time for right purposes for the right persons? How would you deal with these challenges, especially through enhancing ‘supply chain flexibility and visibility’, ‘balancing the capacity’ and ‘automation and digitalization of supply chains’?
