For this week’s discussion activity, you are to interview a practicing nurse to explore his or her experience related to using the EHR in clinical practice. Include the following questions in your interview:
- What EHR(s) is he/she currently using?
- How does he/she use the EHR to support patient care?
- What tips or suggestions would he/she give a new nurse regarding the use of the EHR in daily practice?
- What features would he/she would like to see improved and why?
- What role has he/she played in rolling out new or improved EHR features?
- Anything else you would like to learn about the EHR.
Share a few paragraphs discussing what you learned from your interview. You have the full week to complete this activity and you do not need to respond to your colleagues
